BingocizeBingocize strategically combines the game of bingo, exercise and/or health education. Groups of participants play Bingocize twice per week for 10 weeks, with each 60 minute session consisting of exercises (range of motion, balance, muscle strengthening, and endurance exercises) and/or health education questions. | |
Building Better CaregiversA single-session, 2 1/2 hour, 6-week program for people who are family caregivers of people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), dementia such as Alzheimer's, and any other conditions that affect memory. Classes are highly participatory, where mutual support and success build the participants confidence in their ability to manage their caregiving tasks and maintain a fulfilling life. Classes are led by a team of peer leaders. | |

Powerful Tools for CaregiversPowerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6- week program, 90 minute duration, designed to empower family caregivers of adults with chronic conditions or children with special health and behavioral needs to take better care of themselves. The "tools" learned in the six-weeks series benefits caregivers by helping them reduce stress, improve care-giving confidence, establish balance in their lives, communicate their needs, make tough decisions and locate helpful resources. | |
SAVVY CaregiverThe Savvy Caregiver® curriculum is a seven-week course comprised of instruction and interactive exercises to empower caregivers with knowledge and skills for a higher quality-of-life experience for all.
• Better understand Alzheimer’s and related dementias

• Learn to provide daily activities of “contented involvement”

Stepping OnStepping On is a 7-week (one 2-hour session per week) program proven to reduce falls and build confidence in older adults. Strength and balance exercises are taught along with other strategies to prevent falls inside and outside the home. Workshop is conducted by trained facilitators and specially designed for adult learners.

Stepping Up Your NutritionA single-session, 2-1/2 hour workshop that is offered before the 6-week CDSMP or DSMP class or 7-week Stepping On class. This workshop was developed to increase awareness of malnutrition risk in older adults and people with chronic conditions. | |
